The Caterham, Chaldon and Whyteleafe Neighbourhood Plan now has significant weight in planning decisions. The Neighbourhood Plan referendum takes place on the 6th May and residents can vote Yes or No. A No vote means the Plan will not come into legal force while a Yes vote will give it legal status.
